The Maquoketa Community School District, in full partnership with the community, is committed to providing life-long learning opportunities, which enable all learners to develop their potential. All students will learn to communicate, work both independently and with others, and manage change. We hope you find this site informative and that you bookmark it for future use. We have included district, as well as building level information. The Maquoketa School District prides itself on being a progressive, kid-focused school. We are constantly striving for improvement in all areas. We are committed to creating an environment in which students can excel and achieve their greatest potential.
Together Everyone Achieves More.
Today, now more than ever, this is true for our students inside and outside the classroom. Preparing students for a 21st Century Education through collaboration goes far beyond the realms of school, county, state, and even nation. It’s a global pursuit. One that will never be accomplished if we try to work, teach, and learn in isolation.
If we truly want our children to succeed and if “college readiness for all” is to come to fruition, we ALL must work together. My vision for the future here at Maquoketa is that not only do ALL of our staff members work closely together, but students, parents, and the community work in collaboration with the schools as well. I encourage you to become an active member of the Maquoketa Team!
We trust that you will find this site as a helpful and informative resource. I look forward to being a part of the Maquoketa family and serving as your superintendent. If you ever have questions, concerns, or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact me at email@example.com
